Rude idiots in there Central Station, Melbourne STA Travel branch. Dont even bother with them, unhelpful and stuck up. They wouldnt even point us in the direction of an information point and they wouldnt even help us with the Oz Experience which we booked through them!!!!
BUT Adelaide STA Travel are fantastic!! Both branches, well the 2 we found. Really helpful and even made booking phonecalls for us!
